I had the pleasure of taking part in the Introductory Sports Massage course organised by Pulse Training Solutions earlier this year. I had a great weekend and was impressed with the professional nature of the course, and the knowledge of the tutor, Paul Turner. The course provided a fascinating insight into Sports Massage and while it only touched the surface of this huge area of expertise, I left the course with a solid foundation of knowledge and the ability to perform a full general body massage. The relaxed atmosphere made for an excellent learning environment where everyone was given the opportunity to learn at their own pace and ask questions at any time. I would thoroughly recommend the course to anyone interested in sport, and especially anyone wanting to learn more about physical conditioning and preparation.
